Vitaros® cream is useful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in people who have diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and prostatectomy. Vitaros® cream does not interact adversely with other medications, alcohol or food as it acts locally. Vitaros® cream is approved in Canada and much of Europe. DANGERS OF ED NEW TREATMENT VITAROS® CREAM

Alprostadil may lead to prolonged erection and condition called priapism wherein the erectile tissue gets severely damaged. Local irritation, redness are other common side effects of Alprostadil cream.
